The Bai lamps are inspired by old, Chinese paper lanterns; it mixes elegant, Oriental traditions with great craftsmanship and modern design. Glass and metal replace paper and threads in this modern answer to the lantern. However, it’s clear to see where the inspiration for this lamp comes from, due to the striking resemblance of the Bai lamp and the beautiful, alive light from the original Chinese lanterns. All the lamps have intentional, imperfect surfaces to make the lamp unique.
