Concept:
Melt Surface Wall/the ceiling light LED is designed by Tom Dixon and FRONT respectively . Together they have created an incredibly beautiful wall/ceiling light, in a completely unique design. The lamp is made using a special metallization technology that makes the look completely unique. The first of its kind. the lamp is transparent when its on and you can see the exciting play of colors. When the lamp is switched off , it issues a mirror-like look. The Melt lamp has a nice organic and natural expression. The pendant is designed in a collaboration between Tom Dixon and the Swedish design collective FRONT. The thoughts behind the design are a mixture of the expression of three strange things like molten glass, a melting glacier and the expression when you have taken a picture with a flash.

Melt Wall/Ceiling light LED is available in four colors, Chrome, Copper, Gold and Smoked.

The Tom Dixon Melt series now includes various floor lamps, pendants, wall lamps, ceiling lights table lamps.
