Concept: Sika-Design has created Bella, an elegant and versatile stool. Its stable construction makes it suitable for use as a stool, but also as a side table or plant stand due to its size. The design is shaped with a clear focus on craftsmanship, where both bindings and symmetry give the stool a beautiful and sculptural appearance. Created by skilled basket makers in sustainable rattan material, it is a piece of craftsmanship that can be seen and felt in every detail. Rattan is often compared to bamboo, but unlike bamboo which is hollow, rattan is a solid material. This makes rattan furniture remarkably strong and able to last for generations.
