Important information for returns sent to AndLight

  • Your goods must be unused, in original packaging and in original condition. We cannot refund items if the products have been installed or the original packaging is missing.
     
  • Companies and public institutions can return goods for up to 1,000 EUR. There is no right of return if the sum of the returned goods exceeds 1,000 EUR.
     
  • Your item must be returned within 365 days of receipt.
  • Your money will be refunded via the same payment method you used to purchase your item.
    Processing time and the refund can take up to 14 days
     
  • If a customer has not acted as per our terms and conditions, we may exercise the option to refund a smaller amount than the return amount.

You can quickly and easily create a return label via our GLS returns portal

Unfortunately, as GLS has some size restrictions for parcels that can be handled in their parcel shops, not all items can be returned via our GLS returns portal.


 
Your return parcel must have the following maximum dimensions:
 
  • Max weight of 20kg.
  • Max measures of 300 cm = 1 x Length + 2 x Height + 2 x Width

1. Include your order number in the return shipment

2. Carefully pack your items and place your return label on top of the original shipping label to minimise packaging damage.

3. Send your parcel off and wait for the return, processing time and refund. This can take up to 14 days.

If your received goods are defective or otherwise faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at claim@andlight.dk with photo documentation and your order number. This way we can handle your claim in the best possible way.
