Return guide for
purchases made after 1 April, 2025

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from AndLight, you have 365 days to return your item, counting from the day when you received your order. If your order was partially delivered, the time limit applies separately for the products in each delivery.

You have the right to unpack the product and check its appearance. For your return to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it, i.e. in essentially unchanged condition.

We reserve the right to make a damage deduction if the products' condition has changed to such an extent that it cannot be sold to another customer without a discount. The deduction is made on the total return amount before it is refunded to you. We examine all returned items to determine if a deduction is necessary. 2. Arrange your return shipping
If you follow the return guide above, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for your return.
The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

If you wish to arrange the shipping yourself, we recommend that you use a trackable shipment method and save your receipt
Please put a note in the package with your order number XXXXXX and make sure that it is stated on the shipping label that it concerns a return to avoid issues in Customs.
You as a customer bear responsibility for arranging and paying for return shipping. You also bear the legal responsibility for the items during shipping. In the event that the return does not reach our warehouse, you need to be able to show that you dispatched the return.

3. Packaging of the return
No matter how you arrange your return, you need to make sure you package the return carefully so that the products are not damaged during shipping. Do not use the product packaging as shipping packaging, as it is not sufficient to prevent shipping damages.

4. Ship the return
If you have bought the return label via our guide above, we use PostNord as courier. Find your nearest PostNord-shop, that accepts return packages, and drop off your return.
If you have arranged the return yourself, deliver the package to the chosen courier company and save the receipt.

5. Confirmation and refund payment
After we've inspected and approved your return we will make the refund payment to you. You will be sent a refund confirmation by email. The refund payment is always made using the same payment method which you used when making the original purchase.
Please be aware, it can take about 4 weeks to register a return package, but we will do our best to make this process faster for you.
