Returns to AndLight

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from AndLight, you have 365 days to return your item, counting from the day when you received your order. If your order was partially delivered, the time limit applies separately for the products in each delivery.

You have the right to unpack the product and check its appearance. For your return to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it, i.e. in essentially unchanged condition.

We reserve the right to make a damage deduction if the products' condition has changed to such an extent that it cannot be sold to another customer without a discount. The deduction is made on the total return amount before it is refunded to you. We examine all returned items to determine if a deduction is necessary. You can read our terms and conditions for returns here.

Note: If your purchase was made before April 1, 2025, you must arrange the return yourself, as described below under: How to Arrange a Return on Your Own.

Return Made Easy; With Help from AndLight or On Your Own:

Step 1: Register Your Return
Read these four steps carefully, then register your return HERE.

Step 2: Pack the Item Securely
Once your return is registered, you will receive a prepaid return label by email.
The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Please pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit. Do not use the original product packaging as the outer shipping box, as it does not provide adequate protection.

Step 3: Send the Return
The return label will indicate which courier service we work with.
Find the nearest drop-off point for that courier and hand in your parcel there.

Step 4: Confirmation and Refund
Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Please note:: It may take up to 4 weeks for a return to be fully registered and processed. However, we do our best to speed up the procedure for you.

Step 1: Arrange the Return
As the customer, you are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the item to AndLight. You are also legally responsible for the item during transport.
We recommend using a courier service with tracking, and keeping both the tracking number and your receipt. If the parcel does not reach our warehouse, you must be able to prove that you sent it.

Please include your order number – either inside the parcel on a piece of paper, or as a note on the return label.

Step 3: Send the Return
Send your parcel using the courier service of your choice.

Step 4: Confirmation and Refund
Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed using the same payment method as your original purchase.
