Konsepti: NINOTCHKA 195 Tämän kauniin ja erityisen riippuvalaisimen takana on hauska tarina mallin heräämisestä henkiin. Sekä suunnittelun että nimen inspiraation lähteenä on hyvin spesifinen elokuva vuodelta 1939. Suunnittelija Bent Karlby kiehtoi ruotsalaisen Hollywood-tähden Greta Garbon hatun muotoa NINOTCHKA-elokuvassa, että hän suunnitteli vuonna 1954 NINOTCHKA-riipuksen keskittyen omituisten epäsymmetristen muotojen vangitsemiseen.

Erityinen muoto tarjoaa miellyttävän alaspäin suuntautuvan valon, joka on ihanteellinen roikkumaan ruokapöydän päällä tai keittiössä. Yläosan aukko mahdollistaa myös pehmeän, hajautetumman ylöspäin suuntautuvan valon, joka auttaa kirkastamaan huonetta.

Muotoilu on edelleen yhtä tyylikäs kuin se oli vuonna 1954, ja LYFA:n pienen päivityksen ansiosta se on nyt saatavana kolmessa eri koossa ja värissä. Ikoninen ja ajaton NINOTCHKA voidaan siksi helposti muokata ja sisustaa moderniin kotiin.
