Designer: Louis Weisdorf
Concept:
The Multi-Lite The table lamp was first designed in 1972 by Louis Weisdorf. The lamp pays homage to the Danish golden age with its characteristic shape. The base of the lamp consists of two cylindrical shapes, where the metal ring around creates a point of rotation for the two outer mobile shades. These two shades can be rotated and give the lamp several kinds of combinations and expressions. By rotating the two shades, the Multi-Lite table lamp emits different kinds of light; directly upwards, downwards, or an asymmetrical artistic light. The GUBI Multi-Lite table lamp therefore fits into all kinds of home spaces.
