Design: Ferm Living

Concept: The simple and sculptural Oblique stool from Ferm Living is made with 'low-living' in mind. It has fused Japanese carpentry techniques with the Scandinavian feel for design and has ended up as a piece of furniture that can be used in many ways in the home. The name Oblique comes from the oblique angles that make up the bench's construction and helps to make it stand out from the surroundings. The solid oak seat with the oiled surface highlights beautiful vases, books or whatever else you could place on the stool. It can thus be used both as an object for decorative objects in the home or more functionally to sit on or stand on to reach the upper objects in the home. Place it in the bedroom, living room or kitchen as a decoration or with a functional purpose.
