Anglepoise lamppusarja tunnetaan erittäin tunnistettavasta teollisesta ilmeestään. Anglepoise lamput ovat erittäin korkealaatuisia ja toimivia. Erityisesti ainutlaatuinen jousi mahdollistaa valaisimen säätämisen helposti ja rauhallisesti juuri haluamaasi asentoon. Anglepoise tarina alkaa vuonna 1932, jolloin George Carwardine keksii Anglepoise lampuissa käytetyn jousen ja alkaa myydä niitä. Myynti käynnistyy nopeasti, ja siksi hän hakee apua Herbert Terryltä ja hänen pojistaan. Vuonna 1933 Herbert Terry ja pojat saavat lisenssin lampun valmistukseen George Carwadinelta, ja se on sopimus tähän päivään asti. Anglepoise on kehittänyt uusia malleja ajan myötä, mutta alkuperäinen versio on edelleen tunnetuin Anglepoise lampuista - The Original 1227™.
